Terms of use

By accessing or using TransferRank, you agree to these terms and to the related legal pages linked from the footer and legal navigation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Additional terms may apply to particular features, beta releases, promotions, or paid products if those are introduced later. Where there is a conflict, the feature-specific terms govern that feature only.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep authentication credentials, session access, and linked devices secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless the activity resulted from our own security failure.
• We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used abusively, fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of these terms.

You agree not to misuse the service or help others to do so. That includes, without limitation:

• Interfering with normal service operation, rate limits, moderation systems, or security controls.
• Scraping private, gated, or rate-limited areas without permission.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts, infrastructure, admin tooling, or unpublished APIs.
• Submitting unlawful, abusive, deceptive, spammy, or rights-infringing content through community tools.
• Using the service to impersonate another person or to misrepresent a submission’s origin.
• Reproducing or redistributing substantial portions of the product in a way that substitutes for the service itself.

If you submit story links, source requests, ratings, or other community input, you confirm that you have the right to provide that material and that doing so does not violate law, platform rules, or third-party rights.

You grant TransferRank a non-exclusive right to store, process, moderate, display, and use that submission as necessary to operate the feature, deduplicate submissions, associate the submission with a story, or investigate misuse. We may remove, reject, or moderate submitted content at our discretion where needed to protect the service.

TransferRank combines source history, transfer signals, squad context, editorial judgment, and automated processing to produce rankings and analysis. Those outputs are probabilistic and interpretive. They may be incomplete, delayed, revised, or wrong.

Football transfer reporting changes quickly. A ranking, probability, summary, or editorial angle shown at one time may no longer reflect the latest information moments later. You are responsible for how you interpret and use that information.

• TransferRank branding, product design, copy, layouts, scoring presentation, and original editorial material belong to TransferRank or its licensors.
• Publisher articles, journalist names, social posts, video embeds, club marks, player images, and other third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners.
• Using TransferRank does not give you any right to reuse protected third-party content beyond what applicable law permits.

If you believe material made available through the product infringes your rights, use the help page to report it with enough detail to identify the content and the basis of your request.

We may update, remove, pause, or redesign features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent feature parity, or continued support for any beta, community, or experimental surface.

We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, moderation review, incident response, anti-abuse controls, or legal reasons. We are not liable for losses resulting from a reasonable suspension or discontinuation of service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TransferRank is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not warrant that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or perfectly accurate at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access where necessary to enforce these terms, protect other users, comply with law, or respond to abuse or security threats.

We may revise these terms as the product evolves. Updated terms become effective when published on this page unless a later date is specified. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise. If a dispute arises, please contact heytransferrank@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve it informally.
