Refunds policy

How refunds work for TransferRank Pro subscriptions and Lifetime purchases. UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 compliant.

Pro (Monthly and Annual)

TransferRank Pro is a digital subscription. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cancellation window from the date of purchase, during which you can request a refund of the most recent payment minus any reasonable usage charge for the days the service has been active.

After the 14-day window, you can cancel at any time via your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for unused time outside the 14-day window.

Lifetime

The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that grants permanent access. Because it is delivered immediately as a digital subscription, the 14-day cancellation window applies and a full refund is available within those 14 days, provided you have not made substantial use of the Pro-only features. After 14 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email heytransferrank@gmail.com from the email associated with your Clerk account. Include the date of purchase. Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 working days.

Disputed charges

If you believe a charge is unauthorised, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and result in your account being restricted while the dispute is open.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area.
