Accessibility commitment
TransferRank is being built to work across desktop, mobile, keyboard navigation, and assistive technologies, with ongoing fixes as the product evolves.
TransferRank is being developed with the aim of aligning core journeys to WCAG 2.2 AA principles, especially around keyboard access, structure, focus visibility, contrast, and reduced motion. Full conformance has not yet been independently audited.
Current approach
We aim to maintain semantic structure, keyboard accessibility, readable contrast, focus visibility, and reduced-motion support across the product. This includes interactive cards, navigation, overlays, and data-rich score surfaces.
- Semantic headings, list structure, and labelled controls across the main navigation and information pages.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, overlays, and route-level interactions across core product surfaces.
- Reduced-motion support and visible focus treatment across interactive UI where implemented by the design system.
- Accessible text alternatives and structure for most non-decorative UI imagery and footer navigation.
Known gaps
Some areas of the product are still evolving quickly, especially landing-page experiences, rich data visualisations, and embedded media. We treat accessibility defects as product bugs and fix them alongside design and frontend work.
Complex score visualisations, embedded video experiences, and rapidly changing interactive transfer surfaces may still need additional screen-reader review, motion testing, and responsive keyboard verification.
Reporting an issue
If you hit an accessibility barrier, contact us through the help page with the page URL, device, browser, and the issue you encountered. That gives us enough context to reproduce and address it quickly.
